Dr Rashi Gupta
Principal Dentist
Dr Rashi Gupta has been practising dentistry for more than 23 years. She previously worked at several other dental clinics throughout Melbourne, including Royal Dental Hospital gaining experience in all facets of modern dentistry.
With a keen eye for detail, Dr Gupta does not only have an interest in advanced dentistry like Cosmetic, Implants & Orthodontics but also in helping patients alleviate their fears of the dentist. She is passionate about creating great smiles for her patients.
Dr Gupta is a keen believer in continuing professional education. She has invested much time in travelling abroad, particularly to the United States, to learn the latest in cosmetic and implant dentistry.
She did her Master Clinician Program in Implant Dentistry at the Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, Los Angeles, California.
She also did advanced courses in Sinus Elevation/Grafting and Aesthetic treatment of soft tissue recessions from Los Angeles, California.
She did her full arch Implant restoration course (All-On-4®). A cost-efficient graftless solution that provides patients with a fixed full-arch prosthesis.
Before this, she travelled to Columbia to complete the MIS Esparza Implant Program.
She completed ‘Fellow of the International College’ of Continuing Dental Education for ‘Orthodontics in general Practice’ with honours.
She is a member of the Australian Dental Association and the Australian Society of Implant Dentistry.
Dr Gupta enjoys spending time with her family and running for fitness outside the practice. She also loves travelling.
Dr Benjamin Pham
Dentist
Dr Benjamin Pham graduated from The University of Melbourne.
He is an enthusiastic and conscientious practitioner and enjoys all aspects to general dentistry, with a particular interest in aesthetic dentistry and implants.
Ben is a kind and mild-mannered dentist who espouses a patient-centred approach through his passion for educating patients.
He hopes to support his patients through any dental anxiety or stress and change their relationship with dentistry to make long-term sustainable improvements to their oral health.
Outside of dentistry, Ben enjoys staying active by playing soccer and going bouldering.
Spending time with friends and family is very important to him.
Dr Jean Heejin Ryu

Dr. Jean Ryu graduated from the University of Adelaide, Australia with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree in 2013.
She is a dedicated and compassionate dentist who enjoys the art and science of dentistry.
She thoroughly enjoys every aspect of dentistry and has a special interest in Cosmetic Dentistry and Dental implants. She attends numerous courses to provide the latest dental treatment techniques in meeting her patients’ needs.
Jean always puts her patients’ needs first and strives to achieve the best outcome for her patients. She finds working in dentistry most rewarding as she builds a strong rapport with patients, monitors the progress of their oral health, and notes the individuality of each patient’s oral hygiene practices.
Jean believes in the continual development of her dental practice to benefit her patience and her staff.
Dr Phuong Dang
Dentist
Dr Phuong Dang is a skilled dentist with seven years of experience, having graduated from the University of Melbourne. She specialises in restorative dentistry, including composite veneers and crowns, and has a particular interest in orthodontics with clear aligners. Dr Dang is also adept in paediatric dentistry, managing and treating children with a gentle and effective approach.
Dr Dang is passionate about helping anxious patients overcome their dental phobia, offering treatment under nitrous sedation and sleep dentistry to ensure a calming and positive experience. In addition to her specialties, Dr Dang is proficient in providing root canal treatments, gum treatments, extractions, and dentures.
Fluent in Vietnamese, Dr Dang excels in patient communication, often praised for her gentle, patient, and empathetic manner. She places a high value on patient education, spending ample time explaining conditions and treatments to ensure patients understand how to manage or prevent dental issues.
Her treatment goals focus on longevity and sustainability, always striving to tailor treatment plans to suit individual patient needs and contexts, such as financial situations and lifestyles. Her commitment to dental excellence was recognised during her dental school years when she was named on the Dean’s Honours List.

Dr Jeremy Parry

Dr Jeremy Parry brings nearly 7 years of dental practice to our team, having graduated from the University of Otago, New Zealand, where he is originally from. Dr Parry has garnered a vast array of experiences across general dentistry, including crown and bridge work, root canal therapy, extractions, and implants. He specialises in complex surgical procedures, particularly those involving wisdom teeth and impacted teeth, showcasing his commitment to resolving challenging dental issues.
Beyond his primary dental qualifications, Dr Parry is distinguished by his diverse interests and talents. He has earned degrees in both music and microbiology, reflecting a wide-ranging intellectual curiosity and a dedication to lifelong learning. In his early 20s, Dr Parry pursued a career as a full-time singer-songwriter in the UK, demonstrating his passion for the arts and his versatility beyond the dental clinic.
An avid sports enthusiast, Dr Parry is particularly passionate about the National Rugby League (NRL) and general sports, displaying his dedication to team spirit and competition. Although his active participation in sports has evolved over the years, he remains a keen golfer, often found trying to perfect his swing on the golf course, albeit with some frustration at the elusive straight shot.
Dr Parry’s personal life is as vibrant and varied as his professional one. He shares a unique bond with his father through the breeding and racing of horses, a pastime that combines their love for animals with the thrill of competition. This unique blend of interests and experiences enriches Dr Parry’s approach to dentistry, making him a valuable and multifaceted member of our team.
Dr Mehak Chopra

Dr. Mehak Chopra is a dedicated dentist with a Bachelor of Dental Studies completed in 2009, followed by a Master of Dental Surgery in Periodontics. Originally from India, she served as both a clinician and academician before bringing her expertise to Australia. Acing her ADC exam, Mehak is passionate about dentistry, finding joy in the positive changes it brings to people’s smiles and lives.
With a focus on gum health, Mehak excels in periodontics and takes pleasure in treating and caring for gums comprehensively. She prioritises patient education on oral hygiene practices to maintain overall health. Additionally, she finds fulfillment in cosmetic dentistry and orthodontics, as they allow for complete personality makeovers.
An empathetic practitioner, Mehak believes in a holistic approach to treatment, emphasising prevention over cure. She strives for pain-free dentistry to alleviate patient anxiety, constantly updating her skills through continuing education programs.

Dr Narender Kaur is a skilled Associate Dentist who excels in a wide range of General Dentistry services. Since completing her Bachelor of Dental Surgery in India in 2015, Dr Kaur has dedicated herself to providing exceptional dental care, first in a multispecialty clinic in India and, following her move to Australia in 2018, in regional Victoria. Her expertise includes comprehensive examinations, cleanings, fillings, root canal treatments, crowns and bridges, veneers, dentures, both normal and surgical extractions, and teeth whitening.
Dr Kaur has a particular interest in the safe removal of amalgam (silver fillings) following the SMART protocol, an approach that reflects her commitment to patient safety and the latest dental practices. She is also adept at working with anxious patients, using techniques such as Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas) to help alleviate dental phobia, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring environment for all her patients, including children.
To practise dentistry in Australia, Dr Kaur undertook further studies with the Australian Dental Council (ADC), successfully completing her Bachelor of Dental Sciences in 2022. Her time as a Dental Assistant while completing her ADC studies has enriched her practical experience and deepened her understanding of patient care.
Beyond her professional life, Dr Kaur is a multilingual communicator, fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, which enables her to connect with a diverse patient base. Outside of dentistry, she cherishes spending time with her friends and family, indulges in her love for gardening, and enjoys playful moments with her cat (Ginger) and her dog (Mellow). Dr Kaur’s approach to dentistry is patient-centred, aiming not just to treat but also to educate and empower her patients to maintain optimal oral health.

Dr. Damien is a distinguished Dentist at Norlane Dental Aesthetics and Implants, known for proficiency in a comprehensive range of dental treatments. With a focus on preventive, restorative, periodontal care, endodontics, prosthodontics, routine, and surgical extractions, Dr. Damien delivers top-notch dental care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
Graduating with honours in 2023, the journey began at the University of Melbourne, where a Bachelor of Biomedicine with first class honours was earned, followed by a Doctor of Dental Surgery. Academic excellence is highlighted by numerous accolades, including the Therapeutic Guideline Award for outstanding performance in oral medicine, surgery, and special needs dentistry. Dr. Damien was also listed on the Dean’s Honour List in the final year, and shortlisted for the prestigious Australian Dental Association Victorian Branch Inc. prize. Currently, Dr. Damien is enhancing expertise through a Graduate Diploma in Orthodontics from OrthoED.
In addition to rigorous academic and professional pursuits, Dr. Damien has served the community as a public dentist in metropolitan Melbourne, applying extensive knowledge and skills to improve the dental health of the public. The approach to dentistry is not only technical but also deeply empathetic, making Dr. Damien particularly adept at managing patients with varying needs.
