Norlane Dental Aesthetics & Implants has been independently owned and family-led since 1974. Under one roof, we offer general check-ups and preventive care, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, restorative and surgical treatment, sedation pathways through Geelong Sleep Dentistry, and care for children and patients with special needs. Treatment options are discussed after a clinical assessment; outcomes vary between individuals, and every plan is written, not promised.

Every plan begins with imaging, a clinical assessment, and a discussion of options, risks, and alternatives.

Single tooth
Single implant
A titanium post placed in the jaw to support a crown that replaces one missing tooth — the most common implant pathway, suited to many patients with good general health.
02.
Multiple teeth
Implant-supported bridge
Two or more implants used to support a fixed bridge replacing several adjacent missing teeth, without the need to crown adjacent natural teeth.
03.
Stable denture
Implant-supported denture
Implants anchoring a removable or fixed denture, intended to improve stability and chewing function for patients with extensive tooth loss.
04.
Single tooth
Full-arch rehabilitation
Replacement of a complete upper or lower arch with a fixed bridge on four or more implants, sometimes referred to as All-on-4® or All-on-X.

Sedation
Four pathways for patients who experience dental anxiety.

Geelong Sleep Dentistry — surgical facility for IV sedation & general anaesthesia.

Standard
Local anaesthetic
The standard pain-management approach used for most dental procedures. Numbs the treatment area while the patient remains fully alert.
02.
Inhalation
Laughing gas (nitrous oxide)
A mild inhaled relaxant for anxious patients. Effects wear off shortly after the mask is removed. Patient remains conscious and responsive throughout.
03.
Conscious
IV sedation
Conscious sedation delivered intravenously at Geelong Sleep Dentistry — a surgical facility. Suited to longer or more complex procedures.
04.
Asleep
General anaesthesia
For extensive cases or patients where other pathways are unsuitable, after specialist medical review. Delivered through Geelong Sleep Dentistry.
